For five years (2008 – 2013), I performed the function of Systems Operator in the ADIF project: Spain High-Speed Train (AVE) for the company Indra S.A. A position where the responsibility and good performance of daily tasks in the data centre related to servers, networks, system support, security or 24×7 high availability systems are vital. In this company, I acquired knowledge and great experience in project management, thanks to the control of ticketing systems and the ITIL, CMDB and ITSM philosophy.
In 2015, with ambition and curiosity, I decided to explore new markets, start a new cycle and live a professional experience outside of Spain. So I decided to move to London, the capital of new European technologies, to improve my language skills and gain personal and professional experience in companies with international teams.
Between 2016 and 2018, I specialized in the world of logistics working for a company in the footwear sector in London called Kurt Geiger, a distributor of brands such as Prada, Gucci, Balenciaga, etc.
A sector where New Technologies are essential to interconnect headquarters and warehouses and carry out logistical control perfectly with the retail industry’s omnichannel strategy.
Continuing in the same sector, I climbed one more step and, between 2018 and 2020, applied my knowledge for the multinational of exclusive articles, Christian Louboutin, acting as a warehouse manager with a team under my supervision and supporting the European logistics department with the tools offered by new technologies to this sector.
In January 2020, I made the leap to the American multinational Indeed Inc. based in Austin (USA), where I can experience and develop my professional career as an IT Specialist Technician in the offices on Farrington Rd in London. As of March 2020, I will also start working in the remote support department (Service Desk) for EMEA and APAC.
From June 2021 to March 2022, I worked remotely as an IT Support Service Desk for Indeed Inc. from Spain. Still, after a few months of the pandemic, we received instructions to return to the offices, thus ending remote work and making the difficult decision to leave—the company. In the same month of March, I start working as a Technician Specialist in Computer Support for Optima Solutions in telecommuting mode. The company that offers support services for business solutions in the cloud and remote control tools.
I consider myself a person with character, ambition, and curiosity and with the motivation to learn quickly to improve my skills and develop my knowledge.
