Possessing excellent client-facing skills, natural problem solving and analytical skills and ability to contribute to the development of best practices, procedures, and policies within a company.

I am a professional with years of experience in the Technology Information sector. I am a very hard-working, responsible, organized and self-motivated person who loves working both as a part of a team and individually. I also define myself as a very polyvalent and secure person who aims to achieve all the goals.

I have enough experience in IT as I have carried out different tasks and job positions all along with my career. Currently, I am looking for a job as an IT Technician. I worked as a Systems Operator in the project: High-Speed Train Spain (AVE) with different responsibilities the datacenter related to servers, networks, system support, security, high availability systems. I have proven experience with ITIL, CMDB, and ITSM ticketing systems. And I would also like to add my experience like helpdesk support with MacOS. I am a Spanish with the motivation to learn quickly, improve and develop my knowledge.

Furthermore, I consider myself a very easy going person. I decided to move into the United Kingdom for improving my language skills and acquiring personal and professional experience.
